Wesley's Warriors - Full Story

Wesley's Warriors was spearheaded by an avid runner, dear friend, and huge supporter of the Col6 Fund, Simon Desjardins.   Simon saw Wesley's desire to run, and lack of ability thereto, and wondered if there was some way to support and increase awareness of Col 6 MD through running?  He started Wesley's Warriors, a group of runners and Col6 supporters who chose 3 races per year to participate in, but also to work with race organizers to encourage inclusive and adaptive activities at road races.  Many races have "kids dashes" and other events that are inclusive of those who cannot run the whole race, or at all.  In the great race of life there are many paths, and the same should be the case at road races.
